Last year, I ordered three hampers (cost around 40 to 50 pounds each) at the end of November to be delivered to my family before christmas, i selected delivery about two weeks before christmas on the order screen. My mum got hers around the stated delivery time, but had the preserves missing from it, I rang up and they offered me a 2 pound credit note???? My brothers' hamper arrived a day or two before christmas and quite frankly, it wasn't worth the money, (they laughed at the compactness of the hamper) my sisters' hamper arrived AT EASTER!!!!! Honestly, I complained, they kept telling me it was with the delivery team in transit, but obviously never was. It was finally delivered in APRIL my sisters christmas hamper, and only because I was demanding they cancel the order and refund my money. They would not cancel it but insisted it was "in transit" if I wanted to cancel I had to wait until it was delivered then return it! What a joke this company is. After all my complaining and constant emailing and calling, they offered me a twenty pound credit note toward my next hamper. As if I would bother to get anything from them again!!
Such a waste of time, I really wouldn't part with my money, the hampers seemed such good value on the website but really, the saying is true, if its too good to be true ….
