“poor customer service”

I bought 2 groupons but paid extra for large bouquets -one for my mother in law and one for our christmas table. Both groupon and debenhams advised last delivery was 23rd Dec for christmas.So wanting as fresh as possible for christmas I ordered 23rd Dec was then sent email 2 weeks after placing order saying last delivery for my area was 21st (2 weeks after order put through, accepted and money deducted form my credut card) they offered refund when I said not a suitable delivery date except all I have had refunded is the £4.99 delivery charge so still out of pocket to tune of £36.99. emails are ignored phone calls promise emails from resolutions team which never come.Terrible service. Avoid.
