“Worst delivery service ever”

I have ordered from firebox on three occasions and this is my last.
How they can justify the delivery times in this day and age is beyond me. Ordered on 6th December, 11th December I get an email saying going to warehouse, which apparently means it will sit there for about three more days and then they stated it would arrive five days after that. Which means delivery will have taken 15 days. If they are quick enough to take the money they should deliver quicker than that. I could have walked up there and collected it faster. Never ever again, that's three times I have ended up giving belated presents because of them.
