“Lie about guaranteed christmas delivery”

I ordered my item in early November, when the website stated guaranteed Christmas delivery. However I later received an email in early December stating I would not receive my order until late January! I emailed them to ask why this was and it took them 10 days to even bother to email back, pretty much saying the same as the previous email sent. Not impressed with this company at all. AVOID!
