“Expensive for poor service (customer and tv/telephone)”

After trying to set up my land line (which you are forced to purchase in order to get TV or broadband) I realized I could not receive calls. I called once and during the call was disconnected. I called back and was put through to three different people. The third person was so rude. Not only that, but I was told that the line had failed a test so they had engineers working on it. The turn around time was 4 days. When I asked how I would know if it was fixed her reply was "you have a mobile don't you?" So just to make sure I understood, I asked if she was telling me to continue to try to call my land line to check if it was working. She then stated I could just wait to see if anyone called me during that time and that would show it was working. This is also ridiculous as I haven't handed out the phone number of a non-working line! I then asked if I was being charged for the service while I was NOT receiving said service and was informed I could be credited back the days it was out of service IF I called back AGAIN after 4 days and requested it. AT this point I hung up before I absolutely lost it. WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
