“Shocking Customer Service”

I ordered a Garmin 610 a couple of weeks ago. It was actually not in stock, although the website never said as such.
So the email came through as on back order. My first email to find out an estimated date was ignored. The second one got a reply, and said it should have been with them on Monday.
Monday has been and gone no watch, no further update. Three further emails have had no reply, can only get through to an answerphone. Left a message, but unsurprisingly no reply to that either.
I think they need to brush up on their customer service skills. As soon as I do finally get hold of someone, it will be to cancel the order and arrange a refund.
My first and last dealings with them.
