“Not good value in the long run”

I was quite pleased with the oven, although it had to go back to have it's thermostat sorted.The trouble comes when 18 months after using it, the element blew and they do not supply parts, cannot repair and can't advise on where to get a compatable element. The element went on fire. Luckily we were there as it happened when we turned the oven on. The products look good,but in the long run it costs you more as you will end up having to buy another, and sorry that you didn't do this in the begining
