When you're spending in excess of £200 on one item you expect a better customer service than this. They are unhelpful and just quote T&C's at you. For this reason I shall never use them again, at least when you buy from the likes of John Lewis the staff are helpful, courteous and professional. I can only suggest they train the "customer service" to a higher standard.
Don't buy online direct from Barbour.com unless you want appalling service.
