This place is a joke. When I first looked at the car It had marks on the body work and small issues around the car which I was advised would be fix ... I was told everything would be ready in a week at the latest which was critical for me as I had an operation due and could not leave the house for two weeks after to collect the car ... They assured me they could even have it early.... So the day I was due to pick it up I got a call to say it wasn't ready no reason and that they would re contact. A friend collected the car and I was horrified to see the state they had left it in the back seat was supposed to me replaced as it had marks on it instead they poorly patched it up making it look worse and put it back in the car.. The outer body work looked as if they had gone over any marks with a marker pen. They did the very least they could do with the issues I pointed out and decided to ignore any other issue that I haven't noticed.. I have only had this car two months and am not sending it into the garage as it has an oil leak and the extent on the damage is setting me back £200. Which wouldn't be such a problem if the finance deal they set up for me didn't have so many hidden extras on that it is costing me more than than the car is worth. The service was impersonal and rude .... But on the up side they have a lovely board on the wall showing all the sales for that month and all the other poor souls that have been let down by these unprofessional money grabbing jokes
