I was a bit apprehensive about booking a car based from outside Alicante airport by a new operator (to me) owing to previous bookings with another company.
I need not have worried. The shuttle bus was waiting for me at the designated area. The driver spoke good English and took time to explain where we were going. He drove the bus considerately not like some other operators who thought they were in a race. When we got to the depot, the check-in was very easy with another good English speaking desk clerk. They gave us a small map of the area for the depart and return of the vehicle. Everything went very smoothly on collection and return. The service could not have been bettered given the really good cheap deal I got with Drivalia. On the down side, they did not offer a full - full fuel return. Also the exit and entrance roundabout onto the road Drivalia is situated is a bit confusing to say the least, especially in the dark !
I don't normally write reviews unless they are very good or very bad. Drivalia in this case were brilliant.
