I paid extra to have my items delivered on a specific day. Jewellery turned up but not the dresses. I needed the dresses to wear abroad as I leave the day after my dresses where meant to arrive. I now have no dress to wear for 2 Balls I am attending - What makes it even worse is that they have no 'proper' customer services, just online, no phone numbers and, it 'apparently' takes 2 working days to reply to an email...Today is Saturday; thank you Coast for ruining the Balls I am going to have to attend, without a dress - DO NOT USE THEM; I NEVER WILL AGAIN...
