After trying out a free trial and never receiving the requested game, I thought it would be a simple matter that could be dealt with by customer service. However, two months on, I am tied into a paying membership plan (that I cannot cancel because the game is showing as dispatched) and customer service are simply not responding. I've essentially spent around £20 (so far) on nothing.
I've never dealt with such a shoddy company and will be cancelling as soon as I am able to. Probably a great company if the games arrive but if you ever have a problem, don't expect them to help you one iota.
