“8 days and counting.. Regretfully made a second order...”

Placed an order eight days ago was really surprised when it was shipped just ten minutes after with free delivery (which consider i'd spent over £40 seemed ok).

I was a little unsure of when i would receive it, eight days later i am still waiting.

I have contacted customer service and had the usual reply of checking with Royal Mail and seeing if it has been left with a neighbor.

Since it came to the industrial unit of my work it's never left with a neighbor and my postman delivers every single day i would believe the item to be lost.

I have since placed another order and this time spent the extra money to get the item recorded so if it goes missing this time i will at least have a signature to go on.

I do appreciate that each company has a way of doing things but i would have declared it lost after a few days and at least tried to make amends in some way as opposed to repeatedly sending emails stating to check with my local Royal Mail office then have the cheek to send a link to this site to review the order i made and the quality of the items i have yet to receive.

I just hope this helps people decide that tracking maybe the way forward at this time of year.

If / When i receive my second order i will submit a separate review for that.
