“Exceptional Service from Agent 137”

It was a very pleasant surprise to call a Call Centre and receive exceptional help and assistance. Agent 137 explained everything clearly and precisely in a friendly, cheerful manner. She answered all queries I raised quickly and efficiently and is obviously a great asset to your company. If only all call centres were staffed by people with her attributes !!!!
