“Scam helped by Dialaphone ”

i have just received a mobile HTC ONE not ordered by me - Contacting the tel no for Dialaphone was helpful but the Orange contract listed was not recognised by Orange - and guess what someone with a thick accent phoned to say it was delivered in error and they would collect - but I have already sent it back to Dialaphone - cost me a morning of tel calls including police and the Action Fraud line - if the scammers can phone me why can't Dialaphone phone to confirm any order before sending these things out.
