I've used FuseMail for 7 years with an individual account. FuseMail recently decided to kick individual customers off its platform by giving two months notice on $10 minimum monthly spend (increasing the price six-fold for individual customers).
The best thing about them is the e-mail web interface with ability to fetch mail from multiple accounts and to have custom domain names. Security practices are poor - they've had HTTP service links within HTTPS customer areas, SSL certificates expire before they are renewed, and FuseMail staff have asked for my password via e-mail.
Service quality degraded in recent years and many of their staff these days seem pretty useless at giving direct answers or answering technical questions. There were periodical technical problems over the years.
Overall, the interface is good, the support is poor, security practices are poor, reliability is average.
I think that FuseMail went downhill after it was sold to a larger company - it may have become a business with main focus on cost-cutting and money-making. Not recommended.
