“Excellent Service”

I recently purchased a cycle from the Evans Store based at the Chill Factor, Trafford Centre. I wanted the bike delivered to London on a specific date a couple of weeks in the future. The store informed me I ad to receive it in five days, which was not possible. However, after a discussion they agreed to have the bike delivered to the store then they would UPS it to London. All went smoothly until the UPS delivery got the wrong address. Yet again the store Manager at Manchester dealt with the situation efficiently and professionally and I now have my bike. The whole team were knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I heartily recommend!
