“appalling customer service ”

I received a damaged briefcase, I reported it at once - I have not had one returned phone call. Every day I am e-mailing to get the damaged item replaced, They deal through a lengthy frustrating e-mail system.
they keep saying they are going to pick up the item - but dont-
I still do not have a replacement briefcase (this was a Birthday present) or my money back, I am being given the complete 'run around', I have asked for a label to return it myself- nothing doing.
I began to think I was dealing with scammers, the disapointment and frustration is immense.
They appear to have no interest in the fact they have taken £116.00 of my money.
I dont know what else I can do apart from suing them to get my money back
I will be reporting them to trading standards
