Ordered some chinos that were too big and sent back via Yodel. I paid via Paypal and noticed that after tracking the item back to JD Sports warehouse they hadn't refunded me. After 2 emails later and no response I called their Customer Service to be told that I would not be getting a refund due to there being pet hair on the trousers! I told them how cross I was and asked if it could not have been rollered off. They told me they were unsellable. I find this very hard to believe - I packed these trousers back up myself and there was no pet hair on them. What an absolute con!!
