I sent two phones away to be recycled. Both in very good condition. A week later I receive two emails to say both phones had excessive wear and tare/scratching, and that the estimated recycle price would be severely reduced. I did consider to have the phones sent back to me however having to pay £9 per phone for postage and packaging forced me to accept the offer. I received two further emails to say I would receive payment within 7 - 10 working days. Six weeks later I am still waiting to receive the payments. The status of my phones in my 'cash4phones' account states 'PAID'. I have emailed the company numerous times and have had no response. I have now threatened the company with trading standards and watchdog as clearly something is not right. I should have read reviews on this company before going ahead, however as I didn't I feel it is necessary to write this review so other innocent individuals do not make the mistake I did.
