“They just can't cut it anymore”

I have been a customer for over 2 years, and would have happily recommended them a while back, but in the last 6 months I have waited over a month or more for a games to arrive. I wasn't concerned as they offered a deal where if you wait you earn points, these can be used towards a free month subscription. Great right? Sadly not, after not receiving these points I contacted them and was informed that If you have over a month worthy of points the system will not allow allocation, because I had a crewed to many!! Really.. Best advice was to upgrade to the priority subscription, giving me 2 discs and obviously a priority service. A month and a half later I am still waiting for the 2nd disc. Shocking service, subscription now cancelled.
