“Friendly helpful service”

We chose Yeme because of some great initial ideas and upfront clarity on fees. The design they produced was quite different to what we'd expected and we considered it carefully but reverted back to the original idea because of build cost. But we were glad to have explored it and ruled it out. The planning process all went well and we expect to start the build next year.

They have been helpful in a range of other areas and advised on an eco heating system with under floor heating. The lighting plan looks like it will be amazing. Cant wait to see it on as it involved quite a lot of hidden recessed lighting.

Build costs have worked out higher than they had initially said but I think the design had developed quite a lot since the beginning.
