“Concerned - wouldn't use again”

Bit conerned about this cattery.

Our usually boisterous cat returned very nervous with a gunky eye and absolutely ranevous. I called the owner to ask if my cat was ok and she assured me he had eaten and was fine. When we collected I was told there had been problems with eating but that she did not want to tell me and "ruin the holiday". That concerned me.

I took a full tub of treats for a 2 night stay which went missing and she confessed she thought her dog had taken them which worried me that a dog was allowed to roam unattended near the cats.

Also charged 3 full days for just over 48 hour stay.
