“Extremely helpful, going above and beyond”

I had receieved excellent service in booking a flight to the USA with short notice and difficult circumstances. The advisor was more than helpful and made me feel confident about my first online flight purchase, having tried other websites and being given misleading low flight prices which were not available upon booking.
He went above and beyond to secure an appropriate flight at a very competative price.
I would certainly use this company again and thank the very helpful and understanding staff.
