“Not quite the Ritz”

Booking was easy and we had no problems.
Easy jet flights were surprisingly good and the crew on both the outbound and return flights were excellent.
Arrived at the hotel early evening checked into our room to find we had no hot water. On the way to dinner the reception assured us it would be fixed straight away, it wasn't.
Next morning changed to a much better room.
The resort is very clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive.
Food is good and plenty of variety.
We would go back on the all inclusive for the price we paid, good value for money.
Only other problem was our return transfer. We couldn't contact them on the phone number on the paperwork we were given and even though the hotel managed to get another number for them, they wouldn't answer the call.
Got the. Hotel limo back to the airport, £20 well spent travelled in comfort!
