From time to time I have needed to phone Text Local and always found the staff to be helpful. Yesterday I spoke to Will with a couple of queries and we really did go out of his way to offer me advise and was extremely patient in explaining what I needed to do. We are a very small company and what surprised me the most was that Will treated me with the same respect as someone who may spend £1,000's with you.
I also needed to speak to the company that deals with our email campaigns yesterday, the guy was so rude and unhelpful and in real contrast to your company. Thanks Will, I really appreciated the time you gave me yesterday, which will hopefully benefit our small company but in turn will mean it will benefit Text Local!
