“Terrible service from The Corner Fridge Company”

My corner fridge keeps breaking down. Freezing lettuce and freezing up completely. If you ring TCFC they simply deny that there is anything wrong. Yes I have ordered and replaced the filter. They have told me to order a door hinge saying that it has probably dropped, £50 for a hinge! £25 for a filter. They actually told me that not much can go wrong. If you try to speak to a technical person they avoid speaking and dont call you back.
I am now considering having it removed and installing a Miele one as all other appliances are miele which are marvellous, however this is a corner fridge therefore difficult to get another fridge to slot in at an angle. I have other appliances built in alongside this fridge which means other appliances will have to be removed and reinstalled. Nightmare. The companies customer service really lets them down. Word of mouth and bad reviews kills a company. Corner Fridge Company, do the right thing fix the problems.
