Wow - never thought I would write a review, but in this case just had to.
Don't usually like buying off the internet, for all the usually reasons - but the customer focus nature of this transaction was fantastic. If this level of service was provided by all internet based sellers, there would be no need to leave the house. Placed my order late Sunday night, early Monday morning received a call to review my order as I had ordered only one of two replacement batteries required. Early Tuesday morning parcel arrived, perfectly packaged & with complimentary chocolates. Tuesday afternoon; got a call offering telephone assistance to fit batteries, agent on call gave me a tip which made fitting even easier. Message to all companies only focused on getting your money, this is what customer service should be like.
