I ordered a banner using discountbannerprinting.. Unfortunately, the quality of the banner was not acceptable ( it has wrong sizes and defects). So I wanted my order to be refund. I emailed them on the next day after delivery, she immediately rejected my request and groundlessly blamed me saying that I had used the banner. After few other emails I could not continue to talk to her as she ignored some of my questions and was too informal and non-professional. I sent email to her manager and I am am just ignored now.
