“Very poor service”

Very shady company to deal with.
I ordered some Tan Grenson Boots, which the website claimed would be delivered in 5 days, in reality it took 2 weeks.
When the package did eventually arrive it contained Black Boots and not the Tan ones that I ordered.
This is where the shady practice comes in, on the order confirmation page which I checked on numerous occasions to check on the progress of the order, it showed a photo of the Tan Boots, but as soon as I had taken receipt of the package, the photo changed to show a Black pair of Boots.
A mistake I can cope with! but to change the photo when they did, as far as i am concerned shows a wilful attempt to decieve.
Now I have looked at various reviews of the company, sending the Boots back for a refund seems like a very risky proposition also.
I would never use this company again.
A more truthful delivery time stated would also have been appreciated.
