Our mail server is hosted by justhostme, and often fails to open due to conflicts in trusted certificates.
Once a ticket is submitted the response time is generally very good, but the response always seems irrelevant to the request.
After following the actions required, the new settings deleted all existing mail. Thankfully recoverable once old settings put back.
Several attempts later, after more advice from support and we are none the wiser.
When running a business from home, we can't be without mail for very long. So had to revert to the old settings and trust an untrusted server with no certificate, which in itself can be unnerving.
