Having failed to find the items required on the shop floor we asked a member of staff. A quick stock check for the invisible item and not only was it located but was at more than 50% discount. We bought 2!
The gentleman assisting me had a great attitude and manner as well as being polite, knowledgeable and helpfull. A credit to your company! (Sorry but do not know his name...but he was tall and thinnish?)
