“we don't know so we hassle u”

Well this is my story.
Ordered couple of bike locks on 5 nov.
On 11 of nov. I found slip from company called Yodel or something like that.
However on that slip was a parcel number and a hour of attempt so I called the number and I was told that that was third attempt and now I must collect my purchase from the local depot miles away well I said perhaps u could give me one more go and try to deliver to my work address they said yes ok go to website and there u can setup new delivery address so I have logged on that website but only thing I could do was parcel tracking that's all so I called again and again operator told me he cannot do enything over the phone use our website????? Well ok I contacted the seller and they told me that my parcel is waiting in the depo.... so I said look I can't go there in london traffic this journey will take min. 3h so they asked me
Hi, Ok if you cannot collect your Parcel how do you want to proceed.Do you want us to get the item back tous and try re-sending with a different courier ? Kind Regards Tredz

Thanks can I get my money back please as this is just to much hassle.
Rather pay one pound more in local bike shop no days of work, phone cals, emails and stress .
