“Overpriced, lack of options”

Tickets v expensive, I had a gift voucher to spend so couldn't go elsewhere.
Lack of choice of theatres to be able to go to with only mainstream theatre available, nothing to take my young daughter to.
Plus no ability to pick my seats like I would have been ble to if I had booked direct.
