Line was broken down in storm on 27/10. 1st reported fault on 29/10. Phone 9 times since, finally had engineer down on 6/11, he found the broken line after i kept being told by customer services, that the fault was in the area box, Open reach engineer was meant to report problem. After waiting another 4 days, phoned cust ser again today (12/11) to be told my file had been updated stating engineer could not gain access to property, i am no nearer resolving the problem, i have never experienced such appalling customer service.
