“worst ever shopping experience”

I ordered a pair of Oliver Sweeney shoes, the money was taken from account within minutess of placing order, it has never turned up, e-mails get you an automated response with nothing to do with questions, phone number on e-mails wrong it gives you another which takes at least an hour to get through. Customer services then tell you bare faced lies saying they have not taken money which they have. No decent firm takes cash for weeks months in advance they take on dispatch of goods, still no sign of goods or refund, next expensive call tells they computers down then they will contact accounts and ring straight back never happened :-( On FB there are hundreds of folk in same situation no goods but monies taken, I contacted my bank, they are sending form out then will get fraud team in to check out. I have also contacted watchdog it is a way of laundering other peoples monies, taking and banking for months earning interest without any good, my advice report the company as soon as possible the sooner they are unable to rip off everybody the better. After all if you want food shopping you do not pay months in advance so why are Brand Alley doing this????? A complete farce check out comments on FB they keep deleting but hundreds everyday going on they cant delete all. Save your cash no goods will turn up before Xmas and if they stated on ordering it would take months nobody would order, they say it is in terms and conditions small print false artists go elsewhere, you will never experience anything like it unless you are ordering a year ahead even then not guaranteed order or money back I still have neither until bank gets hold of them, feeling stupid and annoyed for being done out of money
