Tried booking a flight....wouldnt go through...with in a few moments I got a call from rep saying that flight wasnt available. I refreshed my computer and it was still there. He stated he couldnt see it but that I should go ahead and book it. Asked if you work for the company and I can see it why cant you? He said because it wasnt available. SO! I stated you want me to now try and book a flight that isnt even available? He was flustered and seemed to understand he was talking out of a different orfice. I asked about the promocode on the web site for $20 off for calling but again he didnt see that or know about that. Wheni asked to speak with a supervisor he hung up on me! Would not recommend. Horrible!
