“disaster of an e-shop”

I used to be a loyal customer at BrandAlley, however some 3 months ago they started being sloppy and their website and Customer Service stopped working. Since September and IF you eventually hear anything back from BAlley, everything is blamed on the new website that supposedly turned their systems upside down (bravo for their UXteam and developers!). Customer Service does not reply to messages and is beyond any way of communication. Phoning does not help - called 3 times and have the impression there is nobody on the other end to pick up.
I chased up several times, asking for the whereabouts of my order - it was "late", then "late" again, then no reply, and now perfect silence.
I wanted to cancell my orders with this seller, however there is no such option in customer profile and nobody replied to my reqest to do so anyway.
I have 3 orders pending with this company and am currently drafting a formal complaint that I will be sending to the Watchdog and Customer Protection Services.
Disappointed. Utterly disappointed.
