“Careless for the passengers ”

Written on: 10/11/2013

I was on the 13.22 pm train from Cardiff to Holyhead it was late for 20 minutes . When the train arrived there was only two coaches, it was overcrowded with people standing in door ways, sitting on the floor and luggage. Bloody joke for arriva trains to let the passages eg oap, young people stand over 3 hours journey . Also had a member of staff from cleaning team standing in the loos because he couldn't move anywhere . Why wasn't any more coaches knowing there was a game on sat and the people was going home Sunday . I paid for a ticket for a seat not for standing for 2 half hours . Arriva trains defo have health and safety issues which needs to be address by the planning team and HR . Why should people pay for their tickets when we don't get treated right by the train company . Also it dirty there is rubbish everwhere and bins are overflow . November 10th 2013
