“Didn't call me back as promised”

I had an online chat with member of staff and explained my daughter is skiing in America on a school trip and needed inurance as the insurance company used by the tour operator have refused her cover, as she has a birthmark. They said yes we can give her cover make sure her Doctor clears her fit for travel, sorted all that then called them back the next day only to be told no, we don't cover birthmarks. So told them I'd already been told yes, they told me they would call back in 24 hours. No call back so I had to call them, gave them the reference number was told no one had even looked at it and would call me back that afternoon or certainly in another 24 hours. Guess what no call back. But I am glad that they didn't call me back because looking at the reviews on here, if they did insure my daughter and something happened like break her leg I bet they would blame it on her birthmark which is on her face and not pay up. Should have done a review search first before calling, lesson learnt.
