Since I joined Siteground at the beginning of October, I've had 6 support tickets opened.
Each one has had a prompt response but most importantly, the problems were fixed within a very short time, I have never experienced such service with other hosting companies.
I launched another joomla site recently and the client chose a different host company, however, I intend convincing him to transfer asap to Siteground because he will be looking after his site in the near future.
There is only one comment I would make that is slightly negative, some of the support videos may be slightly out of date, the Files BackUp restore and mysql backup gave different results to what was shown or it could be my lack of experience with cPanel...first time user.
Even so any future site I build will end up on Siteground! :)
