My C35i always hangs, cannot find the GSM card.

General Comments
Why does my C35i sometimes hang ? It can find the GSM card and always says "Please insert your GSM Card", but my card was already inserted. If I press on/off several times or wait for at least 15 minutes, it becomes normal again. But I can't do this every time. Can anyone help me ?
