I shopped on line and ordered a game which supposedly had a two day delivery. Strangely, when I checked the order status, it stated delivered, but this only meant to the courier who was then going to deliver it to me. The game arrived late, and trying to return it is practically impossible. The local Argos store won't take it and three post offices have raised concerns with the "Freepost" address provided by Argos and consequently have been reluctant to accept it. The return label promised yesterday by a manager hasn't materialised. I suspect that Argos don't want goods returned and make it as difficult as possible for a customer do so. I will never shop in either an Argos store or on line again. The service is poor and their customer service is a joke.
