WRITE A REVIEW

“Forgot about me!”

Ordered a small item from Tredz due to the excellent price. Money came out immediately but a week later I had heard nothing more. Emailed Tredz and they replied that they had literally forgotten to fulfil my order and the item had since sold out but more would be coming in. So waited about another week and the order turned up!
Question is - would they have noticed that I had been forgotten about if I hadn't emailed them?
