“After a dissapointing start”

I booked a holiday over the phone and found out that lowcast holidays had used my middle name as my surname. Despite this, after contacting lowcost their represenative sorted out the problem quickly and without fuss. I was impressed with the fast service and the polite way that this error was dealt with
