“Hopeless, just hopeless!”

Thought I had booked the holiday I wanted only to be told that it was an "order" not a booking. Also told that the the prices on the flights had gone up over night as they do not use a live booking system. Asked to cancel on that basis and was persuaded to slightly downgrade our room to allow for the price increase. When travel documents were received my name was spelled incorrectly. Also discovered that the price of the holiday did not include any luggage. Who goes on a holiday to Tenerife with no luggage??? Informed that 1 20Kg bag would cost £120!! I have never paid that much for baggage in my life. Were given £20 off after much complaining and requested corrected travel vouchers. These were sent again and were wrong and again and again! Complained to the admin staff who said it didn't matter what the vouchers said! Complained to their Manager about the pricing, the luggage and the terrible admin. Got a snotty reply so just left it as I was clearly wasting my time. Got an email today with yet another set of travel documents. All still wrong and half of the flight tickets missing. Will never, never use this company again as the small amount of money saved on the holiday has been paid out in the phone calls, time and hassle spent to get everything resolved. Totally hopeless. AVOID.
