Using housetrip was very easy. They contacted me at every stage and made me fully aware of how to contact them etc in case of an emergency. I will be booking with them again soon
They also called me to make sure I was happy with my booking which was a nice touch I was not expecting that.
They have a great scheme also which means after a number of stays in one of their lettings they give you a free night - a loyalty scheme!
great service provided by company and the host I stayed with!
