The site was easy to navigate and I found deals to book two flights within a few days. I encountered a little diffculty trying to find the right confirmation code when checking into my flights but this was easily resolved when I called the customer service line. The agent provided me with both reservation codes and I was able to check in early enough to get the seats I wanted. I will definitely use the site again and have added it to my list of sites to check for deals
