“Terrible service”

Placed order last thursday night decided to change treadmill to next level(£30 more spend) called them 1st thing friday morning to be told cant change even though no order would have been processed unless they opened especially for only our order to have been processed middle of night. Was told refuse delivery which we did when tried to be delivered on sat. The driver tried to redeliver again last wednesday only to be refused again. Customer service advisor very unhelpful right now my money is stuck even though havent got goods i dont see why they could not take the difference and order upgraded version in 1st place considering it hadnt even been dispatched.
DO NOT USE them unless you want your money to be stuck for 2 weeks atleast without goods!!
