After the recent storm my wife and I decided to book into a hotel after 2 days of no hot water. I wasn't that hopeful of finding anywhere local at a reasonable price as I assumed many others would be doing the same. However Late rooms came up with a really good deal really quickly. However due to the short time between booking and checking in - about 2 hours the hotel hadn't received the confirmation from late rooms. This did cause an amount of confusion when checking in.
